According to Aggie

I was intrigued with this graphic novel from the makers of the American Girl books.  I had never seen a graphic novel from them.  This was not what I expected.  Unlike the other books, this was a realistic fiction story, rather than historical fiction.  It also was very uneventful.  Aggie and her life-long friend grow apart and she realizes it is o.k. and finds a new friend.  I was waiting for something else to happen throughout the book.  It never did.  Students may like it, as they tend to like anything in this format, but I was disappointed in its lack of story line.
